Print the Registration Packet, complete each page in its entirety.

In addition to the fees listed in the package, please bring a separate check for $10 made payable to NHS Takedown Club for Hydration Testing Fee to take place on October 10th.

Transport Release

Release of Liability for Student-Athletes Being Transported by Parent, Legal Guardian, or Parent/Legal Guardian Designated Driver Between School Sites, Events, Activities

Following competitions that are “away”, all wrestlers are required to return to the school on the team bus.  If any player elects not to ride the team bus, Coach must be provided with the following release form at least 24 hours prior to the time of travel. Even in an emergency, never leave a competition with your child without alerting a coach.  For more detailed information on “Transportation” please refer to the GHSA Handbook.
